What happens if I receive a toll (or traffic violation) bill while a renter is in possession of my RV?
In the event that the renter incurs a toll violation during their trip and the bill is sent to you, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of the toll violation, a screenshot of the bill, and how much is owed.
After the rental has ended and the vehicle is back in your possession, you will receive your Checkout Form via email; the Checkout Form will automatically be sent the day after the reservation has ended and you have 72 hours to fill out this form. Please be sure to fill out any necessary damages and overages as well as the amount for the toll violation. Four days after the reservation has ended, your payout for the toll violation will be processed and the funds will be available in 2-5 business days.
What happens if I receive the bill for the toll violation after the checkout form has expired and the renter’s deposit has been refunded?
In the event that you did not receive the bill until after the Checkout Form has expired, simply send an email to email@example.com with the bill for the violation and reservation ID number. A member of our team will review the bill and issue the appropriate payout.
