What is a stationary rental and why is this a good option for my RV?
A stationary rental is an RV rental that takes place at your home or property. Stationary RV rentals are great if your home or property is a destination in itself, or if your location is near popular events and attractions where other lodging may be sold out. It is also a convenient option for renters who are uncomfortable driving or towing your unit.
Since the RV isn’t moving, why does the renter still need insurance?
Even though the unit will not be leaving the property, you and your renters will still want insurance for protection from occurrences such as fires, theft, or accidental damage.
How do I change the status of my RV to allow stationary rentals?
To add the Stationary option to your RV, select “Listings” on your Dashboard, “Edit Listing”, then select “Location”. At the bottom of that page, switch the option for stationary rentals to “ON”. Please make sure you complete the box below that offers a short description of where your unit is parked and what kind of hookups are offered.
