After a completed reservation, renters have two weeks to leave a review about the RV, its owner, and their overall experience during the rental. Thanks to the feedback of many RV owners, we are now proud to offer the chance for you to publicly respond to those reviews!
In order to do so, you will need to log in to your RVshare dashboard and select the “Reviews” tab.
Once there, you will be able to see all of the reviews that have been left on your profile. If you click “Read Full Review” the review will expand so you can see the star ratings, the full public review, and the private comments the renter left.
This is also where you will be able to leave a comment in response to the renter’s review. You will need to scroll down to the bottom of the review and click “Leave a comment.”
This will open a text box, where you can write the comment that you wish to leave on the review. Keep in the mind that these comments will be visible to anyone who visits your profile!
Once you have finished writing your comment, click “Submit” and it will be posted directly to your listing.
If you change your mind about leaving a comment, or need to edit it, you may do so by going back to your Reviews tab.
If you decide to delete your review, a pop-up will appear and you will need to click OK to confirm before proceeding.
