The status of the insurance payment is shown in your reservation's Payment Request Summary.
To view the Payment Request Summary for your reservation, navigate to your messages with the owner in your RVshare inbox. There will be a blue button that says, “+View Details” within your reservation information header. Clicking this button will show the payments you have made.
If there is an insurance charge with a corresponding status, then RVshare Rental Insurance was included in your reservation. If the status of the insurance charge is “paid” then RVshare rental insurance is active on your reservation.
If the status is pending, either the rental is more than 30 days out (the earliest the insurance charge will process is 30 days before the rental start date), or you have not completed the rental agreement.
If the status is "failed" check your email for instructions on how to resubmit payment.
