Prior to the rental start date, both renter and owner will receive an email containing the addendum documentation. This email is sent immediately after the renter's insurance payment is processed.
Additionally, the addendum can be viewed from your dashboard after the renter's insurance payment is processed.
For renters, the link to view a rental's insurance addendum can be found in the Trips section of the dashboard.
For owners, the link to view a rental's insurance addendum can be found in the Reservation section of the dashboard.
You may need to disable your pop-up blocker to be able to view and download the document.
If the reservation is booked more than 30 days in advance, the insurance payment will process once the reservation is within 30 days of the rental start date and once the Rental Agreement is signed. If the reservation is booked within the 30 days of the start date, the insurance payment will process once the Rental Agreement is signed.
Once you receive the email, please print out the document and add it to your records. We suggest you do not delete the email, just in case you lose the document. If you are having trouble your addendum, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
