Due to the way security deposits are processed, we do not allow these to be paid ahead of time. Security deposits are just a hold on your account, rather than an actual charge, so it is possible that the hold on your account may be automatically released if it is processed too long before your reservation begins. As a result, the security deposit must be processed, as scheduled, two days before the reservation begins.
However, if you would like your 2nd rental payment to be processed ahead of time, we can definitely do that. Renters do not currently have the ability to do this in their account, so you will have to reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to process the payment for you.
