If your insurance payment fails, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to resubmit your payment. In most cases, the email will include a button that says “Resubmit Payment” and will allow you to attempt to process the payment again on your own.
When you click “Resubmit Payment” you will be taken to a page that will allow you to enter a new payment method. Once you enter your payment method, select “Retry Payment” to submit the payment. If the payment successfully processes, you will receive a success pop-up notification and be re-routed to your dashboard.
If you enter in a new payment method and the payment still fails, contact your financial institution to make sure they aren’t blocking the payment. The payment will show as being processed by the insurance provider, not RVshare.
If the email you received does not include the option to resubmit the payment on your own, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into what may have caused your payment to fail and help you correct it.
If your reservation is not insured, you cannot take possession of the RV.
