After a completed rental, the renter can leave a review of their experience with you and your RV so other potential renters can see what to expect when renting from you.
Renters will receive an email after their rental has been completed with a link to leave a review. If your renter reaches out saying that they don't know where to go to leave a review, you can let them know that they can simply access the review page by logging into their RVshare account and clicking into their conversation with you.
Once there, they will see a yellow button that says, “Leave a Review.” If they click on that link, they will be taken to the review page where they will be able to submit their feedback to be sent directly you, and to appear on your listing. Please keep in mind, however, that the link will only be available for two weeks after the end of the rental.
Can you remove a negative review?
In order to uphold the utmost transparency with our users, we do not remove or edit reviews unless there is foul language or derogatory comments included. If there are, we will remove the inappropriate sections, but leave the rest of the review as is.
