Once you book your reservation on RVshare, your 24/7 Roadside Assistance registration will be emailed to you in the days leading up to the rental start date (usually two days before). You can either print out the information or save it onto a smart phone (we recommend you do both!).
Your membership ID will be the same as your RVshare reservation ID. If you are not sure what your reservation ID is, you can find it by logging into your RVshare account and going to Trips. The reservation ID will be the number on the top left, just below the RV type.
Our roadside assistance provider can provide the following for your rental 24 hours a day:
- Access to nationwide 24/7 Roadside Assistance call center
- Access to nationwide network of service providers
- Tire Service: NSD will dispatch service to change the inflated spare from mount to wheel
- Towing Service: NSD will tow the RV to the nearest qualified service location
Please note that roadside assistance only covers the act of changing the tire or towing the RV to a service location. Depending on the cause of the damage, the owner or renter will still be responsible for paying for a replacement tire or repairing any damages. Please also keep in mind that roadside assistance is a separate service from RVshare rental insurance.
