In a forthcoming update to our system, owners listings will be ranked by responsiveness, and unresponsive accounts will automatically be deactivated.
We are sorry that we cannot offer you a more immediate solution. But please know that we do not take your concern lightly, and we are working to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, we will continue to send regular reminders to all owners whose RVs you have inquired on.
